She/her

Finding peaceful vitality. That's what people leave with — and it's different from anything else they've tried.

WHO I help

For people who are tired of trying — and ready to simply let go.

Celeste works with people who are confused, exhausted, and not always sure why they've come — only that they need to. Many have tried other approaches. They arrive carrying everything: pressure, anxiety, physical pain, the weight of time constraints, relationships, and a mind that won't quieten.

They often arrive with the same words: I'm always the one who has to. I can't. I just want some peace. I don't know how to anymore.

What they're really looking for, Celeste has found, is freedom. From the pressure, the noise, the patterns they can't seem to break. Sound therapy offers that — without requiring them to relive anything.

They come to me as a last resort — and then, after one session, they can't quite explain what shifted. But something has.

how i work

You are the healer. Celeste is just the facilitator.

With over 30 years of holistic practice behind her, Celeste weaves together tuning fork therapy, reflexology, energy work, and Qigong to create sessions that are deeply personal and deeply restorative.

Clients leave feeling lighter — warm, nurtured, and held with loving kindness. They describe a sense of peaceful vitality: calm, but still energised. It's hard to explain, she acknowledges. But it's consistent.

Sometimes one session is enough to shift something significant. More often, people let go in layers — building, over time, a deeper sense of self, more confidence, and the freedom to move in the direction they actually want to go.

I am constantly humbled by the way energy finds its rhythm — and how our bodies remember how to heal.

It's nice to meet you!

Over-excited by life. Mad as a box of rainbow frogs in bunny ears.

Celeste has been in holistic practice since she was a teenager — people used to call her Florence Nightingale at school because she was always the person others came to when they needed to feel better. She's been following that thread ever since.

She restores herself through quality time with friends who share her history — not quick catch-ups, but weekends away, long evenings full of laughter. Walking beside the sea and through woodland. Both are special to her.

Her closest friends would describe her as totally over-excited by life. She doesn't dispute this. She is also, for the record, no longer permitted to stack the dishwasher at anyone else's home.
