“I want to hear what feeling better would mean for you — your health, your energy, your peace of mind.”

WHO I help

When being unwell takes up too much of your day.

Sleep that leaves you tired. Skin that keeps flaring up. A stomach that makes itself part of every plan. Jodie sees people seeking homeopathy for experiences like these, whether something has recently changed or they’ve been living with it for years.

She works with adults and children, including babies, and sees women during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Some come with a particular physical concern. Others describe feeling run down, struggling with their energy, or finding that their health is taking up more and more of their attention.

Jodie has her own experience of chronic illness. It shapes her interest in what being unwell means for each person: the physical discomfort, the emotional strain, and the adjustments that can gradually become part of everyday life.

“I’m interested in how you’re adapting to what’s happening, physically and emotionally.”

how i work

She’ll want to hear the details. There’s time for them.

An initial appointment with Jodie lasts between one and two hours. There’s room to explain what’s been happening without squeezing it into a few sentences. Clients describe someone warm and attentive, who notices small details and makes conversation feel easy.

She asks about sleep, energy, emotional wellbeing, daily routines and health history. In her practice of classical homeopathy, these details inform her choice of remedy. She also encourages clients to stay in contact with their GP and keep conventional care involved.

Follow-up appointments usually happen four to six weeks later. They’re a chance to talk through what has changed, what hasn’t, and how things feel day to day. The pace and ongoing appointments depend on the individual.

“I take the time each person needs. The pace has to fit the individual.”

It's nice to meet you!

A detective’s curiosity. Drawing, less so.

Jodie came to homeopathy through her own experience of chronic illness, later training at the School of Homeopathy in Stroud and qualifying as a breastfeeding practitioner too. Away from work, she loves meeting new people and being surrounded by nature. Her friends would call her a detective; drawing is another matter entirely.
