I see you. You don't have to have the answers. Let's just be together in what's there.
WHO I help
For people who know something needs to change — even if they can't quite name what.
Kelly's clients often arrive not fully knowing what they need — only that they need something. They're recognising that something requires attention, feeling lost, and tired of trying to figure it out alone.
On the outside, many have been putting on a brave face for a very long time. Being strong for others. Getting on with it. Not letting the guard down. Inside, they're drowning, treading water, or ignoring a voice that's been trying to get their attention for years.
They come for one thing and find much more underneath. That's always been Kelly's experience — of her clients, and of herself.
People often come for something at the surface. What we find underneath is usually what needed the attention all along.
how i work
Gentle, intuitive, and deeply attuned to the unsaid.
Kelly works across counselling, sound therapy, Reiki, and shamanic practice — drawing on whatever best serves the person in front of her. She is intuitive by nature and by training, and brings a gentleness and understanding of the unsaid that clients often notice immediately.
The work is an unravelling. A shedding of layers. A reconnection with the self that got buried — gradually, over years, often since childhood. Kelly has lived experience of childhood trauma, self-harm, and dysfunctional relationships, and she brings that understanding not as a disclosure but as a presence: I know what this weight feels like.
There are many paths to healing and reconnection. Kelly helps people find theirs.
It's ok to not have the answers. You don't have to do this alone anymore.
It's nice to meet you!
Takes sound into nature. Writes against trees. Should have a YouTube channel.
Kelly knew from primary school that she wanted to help people. When asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, she always gave the same answer. She feels so much love for the work that found her.
She restores herself by taking sound instruments into nature, or by sitting against a tree and writing. The principle she returns to most: as within, so without — what's happening inside is usually mirrored on the outside.
Her friends think she should have her own YouTube channel of funny sketches. She has not ruled it out. She is terrible at quiz nights — and considers this perfectly fine, since she doesn't enjoy them anyway.
