You're not a problem to be solved. When we zoom out and understand more about how you got here, you can shed old narratives that might never have been yours to carry in the first place.
WHO I help
For people who have spent years feeling "too sensitive", anxious, or hard on themselves.
Rhi works with adults in their 20s and 30s, as well as teenagers, who often struggle with anxiety, low self-confidence, overthinking, and feeling emotionally overwhelmed by life.
Many of the people she works with have spent years doubting themselves, worrying what other people think, or feeling like they're somehow behind everyone else. They're often thoughtful, emotionally aware people who feel things deeply, but struggle to trust themselves fully.
Relationships can feel difficult. Boundaries feel hard. Decision-making becomes exhausting. Some clients feel stuck in survival mode, constantly trying to keep up while quietly feeling like everyone else is coping better than they are.
Rhi also works with clients exploring neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism, particularly those who have always felt different or misunderstood in some way.
Lots of my clients are high-achieving, driven people — constantly hitting the next goal. But they'd never describe themselves that way. They'd say they struggle with confidence, worry constantly, and can't stop wondering what other people think of them.
how i work
Therapy that helps you understand yourself with more compassion, clarity, and self-trust.
Rhi's approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity rather than judgement. She believes therapy should feel like a space where you don't have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or arrive with everything figured out.
Together, the work focuses on understanding the bigger picture — exploring how past experiences, relationships, expectations, and old narratives may be shaping the way you feel today.
Rather than simply managing symptoms, Rhi helps clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves so that lasting change feels possible. Sessions move at your pace, with space to reflect, process, and gradually build more self-trust, confidence, and emotional clarity.
Clients often describe feeling deeply understood in sessions, while also gently challenged to see themselves differently — and more compassionately.
In a world that asks 'what's wrong with you?' — I'd rather ask what happened to you, and how that's shaped who you are today. That shift changes everything.
It's nice to meet you!
Probably more goofy than she first seems.
Outside of work, Rhi is usually found near the beach with a good coffee and something sweet nearby, at the theatre or live music, or in comfy clothes by 8pm with a cuppa and a TV binge.
She describes herself as fairly introverted, sarcastic, and much goofier than clients might expect when they first meet her.
Rhi originally came to counselling through her own experience of therapy, which is part of what shaped the way she works today and her passion for supporting young adults and teenagers navigating an increasingly overwhelming world.
