She/her

I'll treat you as an individual. We'll find the root cause together — and build a plan that's personal to you.

WHO I help

For people overwhelmed by health information and ready for a plan that actually fits them.

With nearly 30 years of chiropractic experience now combined with a Graduate Diploma in Functional Nutrition, Shona works with people looking to genuinely understand and improve their long-term health — not just manage symptoms.

Many of her clients arrive confused: by conflicting advice, social media noise, and the pressure to do everything at once. They've often been managing pain or health concerns for years and are tired of feeling like they need to figure it all out themselves.

She works with people dealing with musculoskeletal pain, joint problems, perimenopause, high blood pressure, sleep difficulties, and chronic conditions — and anyone wanting to cut through the noise and make decisions that are right for their body specifically.

There's so much pressure to do everything. My job is to cut through that and focus on what would actually serve you — not a celebrity endorsement.

how i work

Deeply personalised care that gets to the root cause.

Shona listens to your story. She's interested in your history, your lifestyle, what's brought you to this point — and she builds a plan that reflects all of it, not a generic protocol.

For chiropractic, she uses the McTimoney method alongside massage, dry needling, and sacro-occipital technique. For nutritional therapy, she conducts a detailed analysis of your intake, medical history, and lifestyle to create targeted, sustainable interventions.

She believes in working with people long-term — not because she wants to keep you dependent, but because consistency and accountability are what actually create lasting change. First sessions often bring immediate pain relief. What follows is building health that holds.

I'm well placed to look at the research and find what would actually serve you — not just what's trending.

It's nice to meet you!

Walking the South West Coast Path. Very slowly. That's the point.

Shona's father was a chiropractor who steered her into the profession. It took nearly three decades to arrive at what she now considers her true calling: the intersection of structural care and nutrition, where she can support people's whole health rather than one part of it.

Outside of work, she's been walking the South West Coast Path with friends for the past ten years — covering more than half of it. She'll tell you it's not about the miles. It's the walking, the talking, and the weekends away together.

She is, by her own account, genuinely not sociable — and thoroughly unable to keep plants alive.
